4. Course objectives: To produce graduates who
4.1 Have sound morals; have an ethical and positive approach to their work; and have a responsible attitude towards their studies and society.
4.2 Have a generous, patient and creative nature; have expertise in managing learning environments; and can work productively with learners, colleagues and others.
4.3 Have a deep knowledge of and practical ability in scientific matters and the scientific method and are able to use this to generate new bodies of knowledge appropriate for developing efficient and effective education in the sciences.
4.4 Have leadership skills; demonstrate problem-solving skills when dealing with academic matters, work and society generally; and are able to take an interdisciplinary approach to integrating scientific approaches to build sustainable development for the local community.
4.5 Have the ability to use information and scientific technologies in researching and creating bodies of knowledge, including those relevant to the development of science, for the purposes of professional self-development.
4.6 Have enthusiasm in following developments in the sciences and other subjects and are able to integrate these for the development of the individual and the community.
